Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn or unused
• In its original condition
• With tags still attached
• In the original packaging

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@deckoffeelings.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions along with a return shipping label.

For international orders, we do not provide return shipping labels. Please contact us first, and we’ll send you the return shipping details.

Please note: Items sent back without a return request, will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

 
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can fix it for you.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Feel free to send us an email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Lost or missing orders (we can offer store credit or a one-time reshipment)

If your return is not approved, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
