All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: during launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:
• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Carriers (UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.)
• Customs processing
• Weather or other unforeseen circumstances


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.



Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

However, if your package is lost or missing, we can offer a store credit or reship your order.
